Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は外装層部品がセラミック製で軸部品がセラミッ
ク製または金属製である回転機構部の接合方法に係り、
更に詳しくは機械または自動車関係等の回転機構部の接
合を外装層部品と、軸部品とに多数条のV溝を設けて強
固な接着力を得るための回転機構部の接合方法に関する
ものである。
従来1回転機構邪の接合方法は、外装層部品と軸部品と
に回り止め用の内生−またはピンを1閣所または複数箇
所に挿設して、そtlを更1ζ接着剤等で固着する方法
が採用されていた。
しかしこわらの方法では、接着剤が硬化する際の接着剤
収縮により微少な隙間が生じ、外装層部品と軸部品との
固着が充分でなかった。それは組立品を機械に@着して
回転運転すると、初期の段階では異常な(良好な状m篭
示すが、長鶏運転と共にガタが生じ1回転体の接合とし
て満足のいくものでなかった。
本発明は以上の欠点を解決するために成されたもので、
その要旨は特許請求の範囲に記載した内容によるもので
あり、外装層部品と軸部品との接合位置の両面に軸と同
一方向の多数条の■溝を設けて、このV溝内にも接着剤
を充填して接着面積の拡大を計り、かつ接着剤の硬化収
縮盛とよる隙間の減少と、長期運転時のガタの発生を防
止したもので1回転機構部の接合固着に効果のある方法
を提供するものである。
上記、外装層部品と軸部品との多数条のV溝頂点の角度
は、軸部品の外径寸法により決定され30〜90度の範
囲内で設けられ、また■溝の切込み深さ寸法も0.5〜
5.0■の範囲内で設置することか上記した効果をより
発揮することか出来た。
また本接合方法に使用注入した接着剤は、エポキシ樹脂
系では商品名のアラルダイトやストラクトポンド等があ
り、接着力も強固で組付は接合部品としての使用温度は
200’C位の低温用に適している。また無機質接潰剤
では商品名のセラマボンドやアロンセラミック等があり
、接着力も優わ組付は接合部品としての使用温度は50
0℃位の中温用に好適であった。これら接着剤の注入用
小穴を前記した請求の範囲内では外装層部品の外周面中
央から内周面中央部に向って設置するとJ[したが、こ
の小穴は軸部品の端面から中央に通じたものを設けても
何ら差し支えないものである。
以上の接合に使用した外装層部品と軸部品との−に5i
”)’)材質は、Al2O3,ZrO2,513N4.
SiCノいずれの材質でも上記方法で良好に差違ない強
固な接着力を得ることが出来た。
本発明の接合方法ではV溝形成の内部にも接着剤が充填
され接奢面積か拡大して接着強度が向上する。また接着
剤の硬化により生ずる収縮がV#との大きい接触抵抗に
より阻止されて隙間の発生が殆んどなくなり、長期運転
時の回転撮動等番ζ対しても多数のV溝が国り止めの役
割りを果し、接合部にガタが生じない効果を示した。
以下、実施例により説明するが1本発明の要旨を越えな
い範囲内ICおいて、これに限定されな4藁。
実施例 第111は本発明の接合方法を示したものであり。
A図は斜視図で縦断面図をB図に、線F −P’よりの
断面図を0図に示し説明する。
外装層部品2であるリング部は外径40■、内径20.
02■で厚さ寸法20■で、その内周全面番と縦方向の
V溝4を、溝角度50度で深さ寸法1.0−で25本が
構成され、またその外周面中央部から内周面中央部に向
って接着剤注入用の1.5φ簡の小穴7を有するセラミ
ック焼結体を、材質&02とSi? 4の2種類にて作
成した。
また軸部品1は直径20gで、上記外装層部品2と挿入
相対位置の軸外周中間部位に、外周を連通する巾lO−
で渾さ0.3■の切込溝5と、その切込溝を中間位置に
して、軸と同一方向に切込溝角度50度で深さ1.0麿
、長さ15■の■溝3を構成した軸1をZrO□セラミ
ックと炭素鋼金属の2種類で作成した。
上記、外装層部品2のV溝形成は生成形と同時に形成さ
11.また軸部品1のセラミックへの■溝形成は生成形
石あるいは焼結石円形グラインダーで切削加工してもよ
い。本実施例では生状態での加工が容易であり加工経費
が安価で有利な生加工で形成した。
以上作成した513N4材質の外装層部品2と、 Zr
O□材質の軸部品1.及びZrO2@質の外装層部品2
と。
炭素鋼金属の軸部品1とをそれぞわ第1図6ζ示す状態
に位置合せして、各々の組付品をイと口とし。
その外装層部品の両端面に露出したV溝を嵌着治具にて
閉鎖して、側面部の注入小穴7よりイ組付品にはアイロ
ンセラミック接着剤6を注射種晶ごて注入して間隙部に
充填し、また口組付品番こはアラルダイト接着剤6を注
入充填して、150℃で加熱し固化して一体化された自
動車の機構部品を作成した。
以上にて作成した機構部品を自動車の回転機構部に取付
けて連続回転中であるが、130時間経過后も同等異常
の発生を認めず良好である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 1、外1[着部品がセラミック製であり軸部品かセラミ
    ック製または金属製である回転機構部の接合方法におい
    て、上記外装層部品には、軸部品が挿入される貫通した
    穴と、その穴の内周全面に軸と同一方向の多数条のV溝
    と、外周面中央部から内周面中央部に向って接着剤注入
    用の小穴とを設け。 また軸部品には外装層部品と組付けた相対位置の軸外周
    中間部位に、外周を連通する巾のある切込溝と、その切
    込溝を中間位置にして軸と同一方向の多数条のV溝を設
    けて、この両部品fil付は位置合せし、外周面の小穴
    より接着剤を注入、乾燥硬化させて一体化することを特
    徴とする回転ant部の接合方法。 2、特許請求の範囲第1項記載の外装層部品と軸部品と
    のV溝の切込頂点角度は、30〜90度であることを特
    徴とする回転機構部の接合方法。 3、特許請求の範囲第1項または第2項記載のV溝の切
    込深さ寸法は、0.5〜5.0閣であることを特徴とす
    る回転機構部の接合方法。 4、特許請求の範囲第1項記載の接着剤は、エポキシ樹
    脂系または無機質接着剤であることを特徴とする回転機
    構部の接合方法。 5、特許請求の範囲第1項記載のセラミック材質は、A
