Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は瞬時にして脱臭が可能でかつ持続的効果を有す
る脱臭剤組成物に関するものである。
葉緑素や環状デキストリンが脱臭剤として用いられてい
ることは、例えば特開昭５０−６９１００号、特開昭５
０−３１０５２号、特開昭５１−１４８０５２号等に開
示されている。
これらは瞬時にして脱臭を行う速効性の脱臭剤であるが
、脱臭効果の持続性がみられず、特に悪臭が問題とな９
、かつその処理が困難である家庭から排出される生ごみ
等に用いるには問題があった。
本発明は上記従来の欠点を改良して家庭から排出される
生ごみ等からの悪臭でも瞬時にして除去出来、かつ持続
的脱臭効果を有する脱臭剤組成物を提供することを目的
とする。
上記目的に対して本発明者等は鋭意研究を重ねた結果、
脱臭剤として公知の上記葉緑素または／および環状デキ
ストリンと、悪臭成分分解酵素または／およびタンニン
とを組合わせることによって驚異的な脱臭効果が得られ
ることを見出し本発明を完成した。
本発明を以下に詳細に説明する。
本発明に−ぼり葉緑素とはクロロフィル、およびクロロ
フィ〜のカリウム、ナトリウム、リチウム等のアルカリ
金属、力〜シウム、マグネシウム等のアルカリ土類金属
、鉄、ニッケ〃、コバμト等の遷移金属、銅、銀等の銅
属金属等の金属塩を含むものである。
本発明ｖ−１ｌう環状デキストリンとは６〜１０のβ−
グ〜コビラノース基がａ−（１４）−グルコシド結合に
より環状に結合したオリゴマ−であり、重合度によｊｒ
ａ−６，β−７，γ−８シクロデキストリンがある。
本発明Ｖ−言うタンニンとは植物界に広く存在し、五倍
子、没食子、チェストナツト、ミラポラン、バロニア等
の加水分解型タンニン、マングローブ、ダブラチオ。カ
ッチ等の縮合型タンニン、ワラ）〜、ガンビア等の両性
型タンニン、あるいは上記加水分解型タンニンや両性型
タンニンの加水分解から生じた多価フェノ−μ酸、例え
ばタンニン酸、没食子酸等も本発明に甘うタンニンに包
含される。
本発明ｌ１ｃＷ５ｊ！ｉＩ臭成分分解酵素とはアンモニ
ア、硫化物等の悪臭ａｔ分解する酵素のことを言い、こ
のような酵素は土壌バクテリア、または青かび類、ｓｍ
等の土ｌ１ＩＩＩ等から生産される。
本発明の脱臭剤組成物において上記葉緑素は１００〜５
００Ｐ程度、環状デキストリンは（ｋｌ〜１％程度、悪
臭成分分解酵素は１００〜３００Ｐ程度、タンニンは（
１１〜１９６程度含まれるのが通常である。葉緑素と環
状デキストリンはどちらか一方、あるいは両方とも含ま
れ、悪臭成分分解酵素とタンニンもどちらか一方または
両方とも含まれてよい。かくして葉緑素と環状デキス）
　１７ンは速効性の脱臭効果を発揮し、悪臭成分分解酵
素は悪臭成分分解作用によって、タンニンは悪臭成分吸
着作用によって持続性の脱臭効果を発揮する。上記混合
物は水またはメタノ−Ａ／、エタノ−〜、インブロノ（
ノーμ、アセトン、ジオキサン等の水溶性有機溶剤、あ
るいはそれらの混合溶剤等に溶解し、て使用に供される
のが通常である。
かくして脱臭剤組成物が得られるが、本発明の脱臭剤に
は例えばビＬ／）’Ｊン製剤のような殺虫剤、ジヒドロ
キシシフ！二Ｍメタン、トリブチμチンフタレイト等の
ような防腐剤、香料等を添加してもよい。家庭用に望ま
しいのは本発明の脱臭剤組成物を水、および／またはア
〃コー〃等の溶剤に溶解してスプレータイプにすること
である。スプレータイプにする場合には一般的に本発明
の脱臭剤組成物を水：エタノ−〜の７０：３Ｑ〜３０ニ
ア０重量比混合溶剤に前記した各成分濃度範囲で溶解す
る。上記溶液にはポリアクリル陵ソーダ、力μボキシメ
チμ七〜ロース、アルギン酸ソーダ等の水溶性糊料を添
加するとｊｌ！着性を有するようにな）望ましいことで
ある。これら糊料は通常上記溶液にＱ、０１〜ｎ、を重
量％添加される。
実施例１゜ 下記の成分を下記の濃度でエタノールに溶解させる。
鋼クロロフイリ７　　　　　　３００　２１ｍ環状デキ
ストリン　　　　　　　　０．５％Ｌ−２（悪臭成分分
解酵素）２００１？”力Ｖボキシメチルセルロース　　
　　　　　　１０　　ＦＦＩかくして得られた脱臭剤組
成物溶液を水でだに１０倍に希釈して腐敗した家庭生ご
みにスプレーすれば悪臭は瞬時に消滅し、略５日間消臭
効果が持続する。
実施例２ 実施例１．０酵素に代えてジヒドロキシジフエ二μス〜
ホンモノスルホン酸ナトリウムのホμマリン縮合物ｕ、
７％を添加して得られた脱臭剤を腐敗した家庭生ごみに
スプレーすれば悪臭は瞬時にして消滅し、略４日間消臭
効果が持続する。
実施例λ 実施例２の合成タンニンに代えてミモザタンニンの０．
５％を添加しても悪臭は瞬時にして消滅し、略４日間消
臭効果が持続する。
比較例１゜ 実施例１．にわいて悪臭成分吸着作用を省いたものはス
ブＶ−後消具効果が略３時間しか持続しない。
比較例２ 実施例２において合成タンニンを省いたものはスプレー
後消臭効果が略２時間しか持続しない。
