Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a constant amount supply of a solution at a high accuracy free from effect of bubbles of the solution heated by connecting a piping from a solution sucking port and a gas sucking port of a solution heating tank to a constant quantity pump through a switching valve. CONSTITUTION:With the action of a constant quantity pump 3, a solution 2 in a storage tank 1 is sucked into a heating tank 4 from a piping 12 and bubbles generated by heating while flowing along partitions 10 and 11 is separated at the upper part thereof 4. Then, with the switching valve 9, gas being separated is sucked and exhausted via a piping 7 from a gas sucking port 5 at the top of the heating tank. When the heating tank 4 is sufficiently filled with the solution, the switching valve 9 is switched and the solution is sucked with the constant amount pump 3 via a piping 8 from a solution sucking port 6 at the bottom of the heating tank thereby enabling constant amount supply of the solution to a reaction vessel or the like.
