Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a power-generation device by connecting an airtight tank containing heat-evaporating liquid with a heating pipe inserted in the lower part via a pipeline to a liquid-receiving tank set up upper than the airtight tank and connected to a turbine at the bottom.
CONSTITUTION: Heat-evaporating liquid is contained in an airtight tank 1 founded below. A heating pipe 4 connected with a liquid heating device 6 is inserted in the lower part of the airtight tank 1, while a liquid-receiving tank 14 is set up above the airtight tank 1, and the bottom of the liquid-receiving tank 14 is connected to a turbine 19 via a pipeline 17. Meanwhile, the airtight tank 1 is connected with the liquid-receiving tank 14 via a pipeline 9. In this construction, when liquid 2 is heated by the heating pipe 4, the liquid 2 is evaporated to increase the air-pressure inside the airtight tank 1 and sent into the liquid-receiving tank 14 via the pipeline 9. Consequently, the turbine 19 can be operated by the liquid from the liquid-receiving tank 14 for generating electricity.
