Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent bubbles of the fluid being measured from remaining and enhance the drainability, by shaping the cell of the pressure receiving port side separated by diaphragm in a pressure substitution device in a specified taper form.
CONSTITUTION: The fluid flowing into a pressure receiving port 2 through a diaphragm 4 runs into a first cell 5, of which upper side is shaped in a taper form having the peak in the inside of the port 2, so that the bubbles contained in the fluid are forced out into the inside peak part of the port 2. Therefore, the pressure of the fluid not containing bubbles through the diaphragm 4 is transmitted to a second cell 6 which is filled with the fluid, so as to be substutited into correct pressure free from error due to bubbles. On the other hand, when removing the fluid from the cell 1, the fluid is discharged from the cell 1 at an excellent drainability because of the taper form of which lower limit is the bottom of the port 2.
