Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable a constant amount supply of a heated solution at a high accuracy free from effect of bubbles by providing pumps at the top and the bottom of a solution heating tank, each connected to a sucking port thereof. CONSTITUTION:A solution 2 in a storage tank 1 is transferred to a heating tank 4 from a pipe 3 and heated up to the service temperature and then, a constant amount thereof is fed to a reaction vessel or the like with a pump 8 through a piping 6. A piping 5, a second pump 7 and a piping 9 are provided at the top of the heating tank 4 and bubbles generated with the heating of the solution is sucked back to the storage tank 1 together with the solution. This enables a constant amount of the solution with a simple equipment without being affected by bubbles.
