Abstract
PURPOSE:To save useless solution in case of partial injection, by providing the heating element only around the filled solution part of tube, and performing the suction and delivery of solution to the filled solution part with the air layer formed at the syringe side from the filled solution part. CONSTITUTION:The change-over valve 8 is set to the solution suction side and the plunger 14 of the syringe 9 is down and the solution 13 not requiring heating, e.g., water is suctioned in the tube 7 and the syringe 9. Next, the valve 8 is set to the solution delivery side and the plunger 14 is lifted up, then the solution 13 is delivered. This is repeated, and the solution 13 is filled in the tube 7. Next, the plunger 14 is lifted down by the part suctioning a given amount of air, and the air 12 is suctioned in the tube 7. Next, the tube 7 provided with the heat element 4 is moved in the reagent bin 3 in the cooling tank 1, the solution 11 is suctioned and delivered in the reaction vessel 5 after heating. Thus, useless solution 11 can be avoided.
