Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability of a DC/AC inverter by eliminating a shortcircuiting current due to the superposition of ON states of a switching element, thereby eliminating the apprehension of a damage at the switching element. CONSTITUTION:A signal outputted from an oscillator 1 is divided in frequency by a flip-flop 2 by 1/2, and the output is inputted to one input terminal of logic product element 8 and logic sum element 9, is delayed by the prescribed time by a delay circuit 7, and is inputted to the other input terminal of the elements 8 and 9. A signal inverted by a NOT element 10 of the outputs of the elements 8 and 9 becomes a gate signal for the switching elements 3, 6 and 4, 5 as the side pair of bridge connection. Since an interval of the responding delay times of the switching elements 3, 6 is at least provided between the gate signals, the ON states of the switching elements are not superposed.
