Abstract
PURPOSE:To decrease the number of the component element and to obtain a Schmitt trigger circuit which can be suitably formed into an IC by connecting two units of inverters longitudinally and then providing MISFET forming the positive feedback circuit to the inverter of the output side. CONSTITUTION:The positive feedback circuit consists of inverter 1 to which the input signal is applied, inverter 2 which forms the output signal with the output of inverter 1 used as the input, and MISFETQ5 which is installed between the input of inverter 2 and the voltage terminal of one side and controlled by the output of inverter 2. Thus, the number of the component element can be reduced to be used suitably to the monolithic integrated circuit formation.
