Abstract
PURPOSE: To accurately and effectively control an amount of airflow into an aeration vessel, by providing an operation unit which will calculate an amount of airflow required as an amount of oxygen dissolved in sewage in an aeration vessel or the like, and another operation unit which will set a required amount of airflow on the basis of an sewage amount.
CONSTITUTION: An amount of dissolved oxygen is detected by a detector 20 at the outlet of an aeration vessel 1, inputted into an operation unit 40 to culculate a required airflow amount, and then iputted into another operation unit 50 where the required airflow amount is corrected to set the first command of an airflow amount to be supplied for controlling the opening rate of a suction dumper 6. On the other hand, the first command and a required airflow amount calculated by the operation unit 40 are inputted into an operation unit 60, to set the second command of an airflow amount necessary for each sparger pipe 2. The first and second commands are compared with an airflow amount detected by a suction detector 7 and an airflow meter 32, so that the suction dumper 6 and an operation valve 31 are operated and controlled to desired opening rates with operation devices 9 and 32, respectively.
