Abstract
PURPOSE: To make possible good controlling with each tank by controlling the rate of blast free from mutual interference by considering the mutual interference by valve operations in valve controlling for the purpose of controlling the flow rate of blast.
CONSTITUTION: The actually measured value of dissolved oxygen (DO) measured with DO meters 7, 8, 9 are inputted to a calculation control unit 26, by which the deviations from target values are obtained. Next, a target wind flow rate value is obtained based on the deviations. Thence, the actually measured wind flow rate values of all the branch pipes are inputted from airflow meters 16, 17, 18 and the deviations from the target wind flow rate value are obtained. Next, valve opening change command values are obtained and are outputted to blast flow rate control valves 19, 20, 21, by which the valve opening control is executed. In this way, in order to prevent the effect of the change in the first wind flow rate upon the other thanks, the valve openings of the 2nd, 3rd valves are also regulated and therefore the wind flow rate of only the 1st tank changes and the wind flow rates of the other tanks do not change. Hence, even if the DC controlling of the 1st tank is executed, there is no effect upon the other tanks.
