Abstract

PURPOSE: To realize the optimal control by providing both the PD control circuit and the PI control circuit on each parallel process.
CONSTITUTION: The respective idependent inflows m1, m2 and outflows v1, v2 to the water tanks 1, 2 connected by the communicating vessel are assumed. That which has subtracted the flow rate v12 between each process from the output of the PD control circuit 18 of the water tank 1 side is input to the PI control circuit 19, and the inflow m1 is operated by said output. With regard to the water tank 2 side, as well, the same procedure is carried out. The flow rate v12 between each process can be derived from the difference between the transfer function between each process 1/R12 and the controlled variables x1, x2, that is to say, v12=1/R12×(x1-x2). As a result, the manupulated variables m1, m2 equal to the load disturbances v1, v2 can be obtained, irrespective of the flow rate between each process, and the optimal control results x1, x2 can be obtained.
