Abstract
PURPOSE: To stably adjust water-levels in excellent control accuracy however the areas of the water surface change due to the variation of water-levels, by altering the settlement rates of water-levels in response to the alteration of water-levels.
CONSTITUTION: The deviation signals of an adder A1 are converted into signals corresponding to water-levels H1 changing by time constants Tx being proportional to the areas A of water surfaces, the signals and the set water-level H1are compared by means of an adder A2 and variable water-level settlement rates Rx are altered from relationship between the deviation signals and signals corresponding to said water-levels H1 and added to an adder A3. Thus, the water-level settlement rates Rx can be changed each time in response to the variation of the water-levels H1, and water-levels can stably be adjusted in excellent control accuracy in an extent that the flow rate of a hydraulic turbine ranges over non-load flow rate from rated load flow rate however the areas of the water surface shift due to the alteration of the water-levels H1.
