Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a relatively simple controller to perform a high-efficiency and stable automatic operation by improving feedback mechanism in coordinate control of feedback and feedfoward operations.
CONSTITUTION: A calculator 11 calculates theoretical inlet flow rate y1, by which a caluculator 12 determines the range of variation in inlet concentration and gives a value y2, by substracting a proper value set by a setter HC-6. A calculator 13 handles an output signal Cs from an outlet concentration regulator DIC-3, making its output span further proper, and gives a value y3. A calculator 14 adds the outputs y2 and y3 to provide y4. The output signal y4 becomes the final operating quantity and is used as the set value for the raw liquid inlet flow regulator FIC-2, which compares y4 with the flow of raw liquid found by a detector 2, and emits calculated signal to drive control valve 5 so that required inlet flow rate is maintained.
