Abstract
PURPOSE:To stably maintain a supplying acid concn. by a method wherein a recovered acid is regenerated in an acid recovering installation to objective acid concn. to be supplied to an acid supply tank and a defficient part is replenished with a prepared acid obtained by preparing a new acid to the objective concn. CONSTITUTION:A waste acid from a pickling tank 1 is sent to an acid recovering installation 2 and regenerated therein to a predetermined objective concn. to be supplied to an acid supply tank 4 through a recovered acid tank 3. Preparation of a new acid is carried out by a method wherein the new acid is supplied to a new acid preparing tank 6 through a flow control valve 52, a densitometer 53 and a flow meter 54 as well as industrial water (d) is supplied to said tank 6 through a flow control valve 55 and a flow meter 56. Detected signals from the densitometer 53, 62, the flow meters 54, 56 and level meters 41, 61 are sent to a control apparatus 7. The control apparatus compares each detected signal and each set value to sent a control signal to the flow control valves 52, 55 and, thereby, the new acid is prepared to the predetermined objective concn. as well as the control signal is also sent to a pump 63 to keep a stored acid level in the acid supply tank 4 constant.
