Abstract

PURPOSE: To regulate positively and automatically the water level in the rice field by introducing water into the rice field in accordance with the change of the water level therein by means of the buoyancy of the float in the water tank and the level float in the rice field.
CONSTITUTION: When the water in the rice field 13 is decreased, a level float 11 is lowered to cause a movable holder 16 to operate so as to fell a water discharging pipe so that water flows out of a float water tank 8 into the rice field. Then both a float 7 and a conduit 2 are lowered so that water is introduced into the conduit 2. To the contrary, when the water level in the rice field 13 rises, the level float 11 is raised to cause the holder 16 to operate so as to put up the water discharging pipe 10 so that the water supply from the tank 8 will be stopped. The water level in the tank 8 is raised by the water flowing from a water level maintaining pipe 9, whereby the float 7 and the conduit 2 are pushed up finally to stop the water flow. Accord ing to this constitution, the water level in the rice field can be regulated positively and automatically by means of the buoyancy responsive to the increase and decrease in the water amount instead of the use of valve assemblies.
