Abstract
PURPOSE:To hold the level of upstream water in a rubber dam at a set level all the time by connecting between a float floated on water in a water tank and the switching device of a valve by a wire rope or a lever. CONSTITUTION:When a float 3 moves in the wake of a variation in the water level of a water tank 2, a wire rope connected to the float closes or opens the valves 7 and 10 of a water supply pipe and a drain pipe 9. In this case, the valve 7 of the water supply pipe is made to close with the rise of the upstream water level, whereas the valve 10 of the drain pipe is made to open with the rise of the upstream water level.
