Abstract

PURPOSE: To prepare the reflective screen with a stable quality by applying alumite treatment according to a specific condition to a matting surface of a screen of an Al foil.
CONSTITUTION: A matting surface of an Al foil with a thickness of 10W50μ is subjected to the alumite treatment by a 10wt% sulfuric acid liquid in such a condition that a current density is 1W2A/dm2, an electrolytic time is 5W12min and a liquid temp. is 25°C±5°C to form an alumite film on the surface thereof. Thereby, the screen with stable quality which has the skin with a thickness of about 4W7μ and of which a change of a screen brightness degree is slow is obtained.
