Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an ink jet recording head which can be easily, cheaply and stably manufactured and is durable, by bonding a plurality of base plates to each other by a prescribed method to define a pressure chamber, an ink feed passage connected thereto and an ink passage of an ejection nozzle or the like. CONSTITUTION:A vibrating plate 5 is set flat. A bonding agnet is thinly and uniformly coated on the plate 5 by a spinner or a rubber-made brush. A head body 1 is then bonded to the plate 5. Since the bonding agent can be coated at a very small thickness of 1mum or less, the bonding pressure can be raised to firmly bond the head body to the plate 5 to increase the durability. Because there is no opening between the vibrating plate 5 and the bonding agent 9, the bonding power does not fall even if the plate 5 vibrates.
