Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve injection efficiency by providing a pressure chamber attaching a piezoelement on one side wall and an ink reservoir, and connecting both by a fine passage and providing a nozzle on the way of said passage. CONSTITUTION:The pressure chamber 9 attaching a piezoelement 10 on its wall and the ink reservoir 7 having a supply inlet 6 connected with an ink tube 5 are connected by a fine passage 8 and an injection nozzle is attached to a part of the passage 8. When electric signal is applied on the piezoelement 10, the volume of the pressure chambe 9 increases, but ink is supplied smoothly because of the ink reservoir 7. Then the volume of the pressure chamber 9 restores its former state, ink is pressurized and injected as ink droplets 12 efficiently from the injection nozzle 11.
