Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a simplified electric wiring using a piezoelectric element by connecting one electric pole of the piezoelectric element with an electric pole on a vibratory plate and by directly connecting an outer circumference of the other electric pole with an input electric pole by a conductive connector emember. CONSTITUTION:Pressure chamber 9 formed in the base body 1 and the nozzle 8 are formed integrally with the vibratory plate 2, a common electric pole 13 is formed just above the vibratory plate 2 over the pressure chamber 9 to show a size less than an outer diameter of the piezoelectric element 6 not exceeding out of the base body 1, and the lower electric pole 16 of the piezoelectric element is also made to be smaller than the outer diameter of the piezoelectric element. The upper electric pole 5 of the piezoelectric element is made to form substantially the same size as an outer diameter of the piezoelectric element and soldered at 11 to a dot electric pole 12 formed approximately to coincide with an outer diameter of the piezoelectric element. Under this condition, when a voltage is applied to the common electric pole 13 and the dot electric pole 12, the piezoelectric element 6 is strained and an amount of the strain is set two times between the pole and the vibratory plate 2. The ink is injected from the nozzle 8 by the pressure chamber 9 being pressurized.
