Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a simplified electric wiring using a piezoelectric element and make a positive protection and fixing of the element by connecting one of the electric poles of the piezoelectric element with a bottom surface of a concave part of a vibratory plate and by connecting the other electric pole with an upper surface of the concave part of the vibratory plate by a conductive connector member. CONSTITUTION:Base plate 1 is connected to a second base body 11 with a pressure chamber 9 and a nozzle 8 are formed therein. The second base body 11 is provided with a concave part having an outer diameter slightly larger than that of the piezoelectric element 6 at a place where it is abutted against an upper part of the pressure chamber 9. The lower part of the concave shaped groove has an electric pole 3. The pressure element 6 is made such that the lower electric pole 4 is connected to the lower electric pole 3 in the concave part. The upper electric pole 5 is connected to the electric pole 13 arranged on the second base body 11 with brazing at 12 or with organic conductive adhesive agent. Voltage is applied at 10 to the lower electric pole 4 and the upper electric pole 5, resulting in that the piezoelectric element 6 and the oscilatory part 4 are strained to pressurize the ink in the pressure chamber 9 and inject the ink from the nozzle 8.
