Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve productivity by applying an air pressure through a nozzle and removing elastic materials around a piezo-electric element to form a space. CONSTITUTION:All parts around piezo-electric element except leadng-out leads 3 and 3' are soaked in the liquid of elastic materials such as silicone gum and are taken out, and nozzle 8 having a form like the needle of an injector is inserted into elastic materials 9 and has the tip brought near piezo-electric element 5, and space 10 is formed around piezo-electric element 5 by the air pressure from the external. Then, after that, nozzle 8 is pulled out to harden elastic materials 9. Thus, productivity can be improved by forming the space around the piezo-electric element.
