Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable high speed typing by providing the channel part having the ink charging ports connected to the ink chamber to the two places of the parallel channel part with the jet nozzle and the squeeze channel part between the pressure chamber and the auxiliary pressure chamber. CONSTITUTION:Deflection of a flexible plate 17 induced by loading electric signal to the piezovibrators 19, 20 causes to increase inner pressure of the pressure chamber 11 and the auxiliary pressure chamber 14 and to inject the ink droplets from the jet nozzle part 10. At the same time the ink droplet 18 is going to flow back to the auxiliary pressure chamber 14 through the squeeze channel A3, but backflow is prevented opposing to inner pressure of the auxiliary pressure chamber 14 and is cancelled. Then high speed typing becomes possible by lessening the volume change of the pressure chamber 11 and distorsion of the piezovibrator. Also, the ink charging ports 12-1, 12-2 are prepared at the channel A2, A3, time necessary to charge ink can be shortened and it enables to make initial injection velocity constant.
