Abstract

The circumferential edge part of the diaphragm 6 is so secured as to be buried in the holding frame 14 formed of insulation type material such as synthetic resins or the like. This holding frame 14 is bonded and fixed by means of screws 15 or the like to a head body 1, whereby the diaphragm 6 is held to the end face of the pressure generating layer 3.
