本案は洗浄槽を初め各種超音波機器の振動板に
対する超音波振動子の取付装置に関するもので、

ツク3cとの間に介在した塩化ビニール樹脂、ア
クリル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂等の合成樹脂よりなる
緩衝板、5は前記振動子の輻射側金属ブロツク3
cと緩衝板4との間に介挿した銅及びその合金等

のように金属ブロツク3cより径大となし外周を

れ(熱硬化性樹脂製の場合)を往々にして起こ

補強をも兼ねるため振動板への取付けを容易にす
