Abstract

PURPOSE:To incorporate the pressure gage to the electronic watch readily by giving a plurality of different pulse widths to pulse voltages to be applied to a voltage boosting coil, and providing a counter which is operated together with the outputs having said pluarlity of pulse widths. CONSTITUTION:A drawn part, whose size and depth are approximately equal to the size and thickness of a piezoelectric element 3, is provided in the center of a vibrating plate 2 that is provided at the inside of a back 1. The piezoelec- tric element 3 is bonded to said drawn part by bonding agent and the like. The vibrating plate 2 and the piezoelectric element form the approximately flat plane. A holding member 4 is provided so that almost no gap is formed between said flat plane and the member. The holding member 4 has the working effect for supporting the vibrating plate against the external pressure so that deflection is not formed when the vibrating plate 2 receives the external pressure through sound holes 5 which are provided in the back 1. A piezoelectric buzzer is constituted by the vibrating plate 2 and the piezoelectric element 3, and the sound is generated by applying a voltage on the piezoelectric element 3.
