Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the subject multinozzle recording head accurate in bonding and excellent in recording characteristic and durability by applying a bonding agent to the joined surface of two base plates each having a plurality of grooves through fine grooves formed thereon and integrally bonding the base plates. CONSTITUTION:At rand parts of grooves 11 of a grooves plate 2 having a plurality of grooves 10 each having a width a at a predetermined interval p, there are formed other fine grooves 11 each having a width c. After application of a bonding agent 12, the plate 2 and a base plate 1 having a plurality of heat generating resistors 8 are bonded to an integral body thereby to form a nozzle. The leading end of the nozzle is ground and an orifice plate 7 is fitted thereto. To the plates 2 there is fitted a supply plate 4 comprising a supply pipe 3 for supplying a recording medium liquid to each nozzle and an air removing pipe 9.
