In an on-demand type Q-shaped head, in which a plurality of ink channels including ink chambers, nozzles, etc. are formed by bonding parts such as a substrate with grooves and a diaphragm plate.
A groove for forming each nostle provided in the substrate is cut out with a thin elastic plate, and a front diaphragm plate whose entire lower surface is coated with adhesive is placed on top of the thin plate so as to cover the top surface of the substrate.
