Claims (1)
れ、かつ上記スプレプレート前端面の周方向に互に間隔
をおいて開口する複数の混合流路と、それぞれ上記混合
流路に接続された複数の燃料流路とを具えたバーナ装置
において、上記スプレプレートにセラミック材の細管を
埋め込み、同細管端を押圧手段を介してスプレプレート
