Abstract
PURPOSE:To make a high precise ink jet recording head simply and exactly by forming the partition walls of grooves by printing and laminating a material, which is insoluble in the recording ink, on the base plate and by joining a groove cover on the upper end of said wall to form the ink rooms and holes for the orifices. CONSTITUTION:A material for the groove wall 4 is laminated on the base plate 3 by printing, the base plate 1 with exothermic bodies is faced to the base plate 3 so that the exothermic body 2 is corresponding to the groove 5, and both the plates 1, 3 are stuck to each other in a body. Since the groove wall is provided by printing, the formation of groove wall and the coating of adhesive are simplified, high dense and fine grooves can be formed in a short time. Especially, by the use of thermosetting resin system adhesive for the printing ink, a high precise recording head wherein the deformation of grooves and the clogging caused by the ink flow will not take place can be obtained.
