Abstract
PURPOSE:To decrease the lamination processes and increase the yield, by previously laminating the amorphous magnetic thin plates within a range of thickness that can be blanked and then obtaining a head core through a blanking process. CONSTITUTION:The epoxy resin is coated in a thickness of several mum on both surfaces or the single surface of a magnetic thin plate 1, and then several sheets of the plate 1 are stacked on each other to be hardened through a process at 100-150 deg.C and for 2-5hr. Thus a magnetic thin plate lamination material 10 is obtained, and the thickness of the material 10 is within a blankable range. Then a blanking process is carried out with use of a head core press mold to obtan a head chip lamination material 20. These materials 20 are adhered in the form of lamination with a resin adhesive to obtain a head core having a thickness of 0.6mm.. Winding is given to the head core and the gap butted bonding is carried out. Thus an amorphous magnetic head 6 is obtained.
