Abstract

PURPOSE: To make the assembling work simple and high-precision, by matching a laminated core half material assembly, where plural core elements with windings wound around and nonmagnetic materials are laminated alternately, and a core half material block having no winding.
CONSTITUTION: Plural core elements 1 made from ferrite and so on where windings 6 are wound are laminted and fixed in their front parts and rear parts by an adhesive while interposing nonmagnetic plates 5a and 5b, thereby forming lamination core half material assembly 2. Meanwhile, core half material block 3 is formed which consists of ferrite solid materials and is not provided with windings and has V-shaped groove 7, which determines the gap depth, formed in the head slide face side in the matching face and has thin layer 9 of nonmagnetic materials such as SiO2 caused to adhere to front gap face 8a. Next, core half material 2 is matched to front gap matching face 8a and rear gap matching face 8b of core half material block 3.
