Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a conventional high cost and low quality recording with a simple step and facility by overlapping another base plate on an ink passage wall formed on one base plate by a screen printing process and adhering them with each other. CONSTITUTION:A feeding hole 5 is opened in a metal or a glass of a base plate 12, an adhesive agent 100 of a specified thickness (0.02-0.1mm) is printed on the base plate with a specified pattern mask by a screen printing process, and an oscillatory plate 11 is applied to a specified position. That is, the adhesive agent forming a wall for ink passage is screen printed on the base plate 12, the oscilatory plate 11 is overlayed on the formed groove as a ceiling, a spacer is inserted into a portion between the base plate 12 and the oscilatory plate 11 so as to make a thickness of the adhesive agent 100 constant when adhered, and thereby a thickness of the assembled plates and agent may be made constant. Spacer may be mixed with adhesive agent to make the thickness constant.
