When the reference voltage corresponding to the speed V1 and the one corresponding to the speed v2 are set to VP1 and Vp2 respectively, the reference voltage Vp1 becomes higher than the output voltage Vn when the speed of linear motor is v1 or less, the subtracter 11 emits an output signal to operate the OR circuit 8.
