CONSTITUTION:When the motor rotating speed command SA of a high speed is outputted from a speed command generating circuit 1, the group 4 of switches is closed and the contact of a switching circuit 2 is switched to the contact S1. On the other hand, when a rotating position command SC is outputted from a position command generating circuit 3, the group 4 of switches is opened and the contact of the switching circuit 2 is switched to the contact S2. Then, an inverter 20 outputs 3-phase AC voltage, having a frequency proportional to the output signal of a speed error amplifier 9, to a motor 30 through the group 5 of resistors.
