Abstract

PURPOSE: To accelerate carburetion and thus to improve cold starting and warming- up operation by arranging a heater and a cooling water passage in vaporizer of a liquefied gas engine.
CONSTITUTION: A primary chamber 4 and a secondary chamber (not illustrated) are provided in a vaporizer 3 having a fuel inlet 1 and a fuel outlet 2. The primary chamber 4 and the inlet 1 are connected through a primary valve 5 and an LPG passage 6. There are then provided outlet and inlet 7, 8 for cooling water under the primary chamber 4, and both outlet and inlet 7, 8 are connected through a nearly reverse U-shaped circulating passage 9. Further, a retention chamber 10 is formed on the bottom of the circulating passage 9, and a heater 11 conducting at temperature is arranged in the interior.
