Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.流体正圧源、流体負圧源、および前記圧力源と交互に接続される装置の間を 接続するための流体制御弁であって、前記流体圧力源と前記装置を接続するため のポートを有する本体と、前記本体に対して回転自在であり、前記ポート間を相 互接続するために選択的に適合される回転部材を含み、それにより前記回転部材 が前記流体正圧源と前記流体負圧源とを前記装置に交互に接続するために、一方 向にのみ回転する流体制御弁。 2.回転部材の一回転中に前記流体正圧源と前記流体負圧源が前記装置への接続 のために前記ポートに交互に接続される請求項1記載の流体制御弁。 3.正負圧力パルスの形、幅および/または周波数を変えるために回転部材の回 転速度を制御する手段をさらに含む請求項1または2記載の流体制御弁。 4.外気への通気のためのポートをさらに含む請求項1〜3項記載の流体制御弁 。 5.前記本体が前記装置への接続用の第1ポート、前記流体正圧源への接続用の 第2ポート、前記流体負圧源への接続用の第3ポート、および前記本体外への通 気のための第4ポートを含み、前記回転部材が前記本体内に配置されており、前 記回転部材は前記第2ポートと前記第4ポート間および前記第3ポートと第1ポ ート間を閉鎖して前記第2ポートを前記第1ポートへ、前記第3ポートを前記第 4ポートへ選択的に接続し、また前記第2ポートと前記第1ポート間および前記 3第ポートと前記4第ポート間を閉鎖して前記第3ポートを前記第1ポートへ、 前記第2ポートを前記第4ポートへ選択的に接続するために回転するよう構成さ れている請求項1〜3に記載の流体制御弁。 6.前記回転部材がほぼ円筒体であり、その外周が本体の内面とシーリング接触 しており、前記回転部材は接合部材によって連結されて離間して配置された第1 端壁部と第2端壁部および前記接合部材の互いに反対の端部から広がりそれぞれ の端壁部の外周縁の一部に設けられる第1側壁部と第2側壁部からなり、そこで 第1および第2側壁部自由端と前記接合部材のそれぞれの他端の間に第1および 第2側壁開口部を規定し、それにより第1および第2側壁開口部がそれぞれ第2 および第3ポートに対して開く時、第2ポートが第1ポートと通じ、第3ポート が第4ポートと通じ、第1および第2端壁部によって第2ポートと第4ポート間 および第3ポートと第1ポート間がそれぞれ閉鎖され、また第1および第2側壁 開口部がそれぞれ第3および第2ポートに対して開く時、第2ポートが第4ポー トと通じ、第3ポートが第1ポートと通じ、第2および第1端壁部によって第2 ポートと主ポート間および第3ポートと第4ポート間がそれぞれ閉鎖される請求 項5記載の流体制御弁。 7.ステッパーあるいはサーボモータをさらに含み、前記モータが前記回転部材 に接続されて回転部材を回転させる前述の請求項記載の流体制御弁。 8.添付図面に引き当てて実質的に先に記載された流体制御弁。 9.排出口が流体正圧源となり、吸入口が流体負圧源となるブロワと組合される 請求項1〜7記載の流体制御弁。 10.患者の身体の少なくとも胸部を受入れるための格納カバーと、換気を行う ために格納カバーの中で圧力を変える手段を含み、前記手段が流体正圧源と、流 体負圧源と、前記圧源および前記格納カバーの間に接続される請求項1〜7記載 の流体制御弁と、を含む患者の肺の換気に用いる換気装置。 11.患者の身体の少なくとも胸部を受入れるための格納カバーと、換気を行う ために格納カバーの中で圧力を変える手段とを含み、前記手段が流体正圧源と、 流体負圧源と、前記圧源および前記格納カバーの間に接続される請求項1〜7記 載の流体制御弁と、を含む患者の肺の換気に用いられる理学療法装置。
