Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. (a)水酸化ナトリウムおよびアルミナ物質を反応させることによって アルミン酸ナトリウム水溶液を製造し; (b)水酸化ナトリウムおよびシリカ物質を反応させることによって珪 酸塩ナトリウム構成物を製造し; (c)前記アルミン酸ナトリウム水溶液および珪酸塩ナトリウム構成物 をSiO2/Al2O3のモル比が2.0〜40.0であるように均一に混合することによ ってゲル化し; (d)活注炭の細孔中にゲル構成物を配置し;そして (e)熟成および結晶化する、 ことから成ることを特徴とする、多機能吸着能力を持つ顆粒状分子篩錯体の製造 方法。 2. 前記(a)段階中のアルミナ物質が、アルミン酸ナトリウム(NaAl O2)、硝酸アルミニウム(Al(NO3)3・9H2O)、硫酸アルミニウム(Al2 (SO4)3・18H2O)、塩化アルミニウム(AlCl3・6H2O)、水酸化ア ルミニウム(Al(OH)3)、アルミニウムアルコキシドおよびアルミナゲルか ら選沢される、請求項1記載の製造方法。 3. 前記(b)段階中のシリカ物質が、コロイド状シリカ、発煙シリカ、水 ガラス(珪酸ナトリウム水溶液)およびシリカゲルから選択される、請求項1記 載の製造方法。 4. 前記(c)段階中のSiO2/Al2O3のモル比が2〜15である、請 求項1記載の製造方法。 5. 前記(d)段階中の活性炭がゲル構成物の20〜70重量%である、請 求項1記載の製造方法。 6. A、XあるいはYタイプゼオライトがしっかりと活性炭の細孔中につな がれている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の方法によって製造された、分子 篩錯体化合物。
