Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a) ポリマー結合層と、 (b) 結合層内に部分的に包埋された光透過性微小球層と、 (c) 結合層と微小球層の間に配置された金属反射層と、 (d) 金属反射層と微小球層の間に配置された光透過性ポリマー中間層 を含み、中間層が5nmから微小球の平均直径の1.5倍の平均厚さを有する 露出レンズ再帰反射製品。 2. 中間層および金属反射層が、それぞれ結合層の厚さに比べて非常に 薄い請求項1に記載の露出レンズ再帰反射製品。 3. 微小球がガラスまたは非ガラス質セラミック組成物からできていて 、微小球が30〜200μmの範囲の平均直径を有し、約1.2〜3.0の屈折率を有する請 求項1〜2に記載の露出レンズ再帰反射製品。 4. 中間層が100nmから微小球の平均直径の1倍の平均厚さを有する請 求項1〜3に記載の露出レンズ再帰反射製品。 5. 微小球が1.6〜2.2の屈折率を有し、中間層が100nmから微小球の平 均直径の1倍の平均厚さを有する請求項1〜4に記載の露出レンズ再帰反射製品。 6. 微小球が50〜150μmの平均直径と、1.7〜2.0の屈折率を有し、中間 層が1μmから微小球の平均直径の0.25倍の平均厚 さを有する請求項1〜5に記載の露出レンズ再帰反射製品。 7. 中間層がシランカップリング剤と結合した架橋ポリマーを含む請求 項1〜6に記載の露出レンズ再帰反射製品。 8. ポリマーが架橋ポリ(ウレタン尿素)または架橋ポリ(アクリレー ト)である請求項7に記載の露出レンズ再帰反射製品。 9. 金属反射層と反対側の面の上で結合層に固定された布帛をさらに含 む請求項1〜8に記載の露出レンズ再帰反射製品。 10. 請求項1〜9の再帰反射製品および微小球層が中に部分的に包埋され たキャリアウェブを含む転写製品。 11. 請求項1〜9の再帰反射製品および再帰反射製品が上に固定された基 材を含む衣料品。
