Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.共役繰返し単位を含んでいる半導体ポリマーであって、該繰返し単位が次式 である)に従って選ばれる、前記半導体ポリマー。 2.AおよびBが、同一であるか又は異なるものであるように選ばれ、そしてA およびBは多くても2,5−エチニル、2,5−ピリル、1,4−フェニレン又 は1,4−フェニレンビニレンのテトラマーである、請求の範囲第1項記載の半 導体ポリマー。 3.AおよびBが1,4−フェニレンに相当するように選ばれる、請求の範囲第 2項記載の半導体ポリマー。 4.請求の範囲第1項記載の半導体ポリマーの製造方法であって、次式H−A− NH−B−SO−CH3(式中、Aは1,4−フェニレンに相当しそしてBは同 一であるか又は異なる共役単位である)によって表されるスルホキシドモノ 触させ、これにより繰返し単位(A−NH−B−S)を有するポリマーを形成す ることを特徴とする、前記製造方法。 5.帯電防止層における、請求の範囲第1項記載の半導体ポリマーの使用。 6.半導体装置における、半導体物質として、請求の範囲第1項記載の半導体ポ リマーの使用。 7.耐蝕層における、請求の範囲第1項記載の半導体ポリマーの使用。
