Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ディープフライ調理用媒体(7)を保持し、閉鎖できるリザーバ(3)と、 前記リザーバ(3)に連通し、ディープフライ調理中に発生する有臭ガスを排出 する排出チャンネル(11)と、有臭ガスに含まれる揮発性有機化合物を二酸化 炭素と水とに変換するコンバータ(12)とを具えるディープフライ装置におい て、前記排出チャンネル(11)を、ディープフライ調理中に発生する有臭ガス (A)に外気(B,C)を混合するための少なくとも1個の通路(14)を介し て前記排出チャンネルの出口開口(13)の上流域で外気と連通させたことを特 徴とするディープフライ装置。 2.前記コンバータ(12)を前記排出チャンネル(11)内に配置し、前記通 路(14)を前記コンバータ(12)の上流域で外気と連通させた請求項1記載 のディープフライ装置。 3.前記コンバータ(12)を前記排出チャンネル(11)内に配置し、前記通 路(14)を前記コンバータ(12)の下流域で外気と連通させた請求項1記載 のディープフライ装置。 4.前記コンバータ(12)を前記排出チャンネル(11)内に配置し、前記排 出チャンネルに2個の通路(14a,14b)を設け、一方の通路を前記コンバ ータ(12)の下流域に配置し、他方の通路を前記コンバータ(12)の上流域 に配置した請求項1記載のディープフライ装置。 5.前記排出装置(10)に、外気(B,C)を排出チャンネル(11)に強制 的に供給するファン(15)を設けた請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか一項に記 載のディープフライ装置。 6.前記コンバータ(12)を加熱素子によって加熱する請求項1乃至5のうち のいずれか一項に記載のディープフライ装置。 7.前記排出装置(10)に、外気を加熱する加熱素子(17)を設けた請求項 1乃至5のうちのいずれか一項に記載のディープフライ装置。 8.前記コンバータ(12)を触媒コンバータとした請求項8記載のディープフ ライ装置。 9.前記排出装置(10)の少なくとも一部を、ディープフライ装置から着脱自 在のコンバータユニット(27)として構成した請求項1乃至8のうちのいずれ か一項に記載のディープフライ装置。 10.前記排出装置(10)に、前記リザーバ(3)に固定的に連結したハウジン グ部分(18)と、前記リザーバに着脱自在に連結したハウジング部分(19) とを設け、これらのハウジング部分を組み合わせた状態で互いに連通させ、前記 固定ハウジング部分(18)には外気を導入するための通路(14)と加熱素子 (17)とを設け、前記着脱自在のハウジング部分(19)には触媒コンバータ (12)を設けた請求項9記載のディープフライ装置。 11.前記排出装置を、前記リザーバ(3)を閉鎖するための蓋(2)の内部又は 上部に配置した請求項1乃至10のうちのいずれか一項に記載のディープフライ 装置。 12.前記排出チャンネル(11)を、外気混合のためのハウジング部分(18, 19)によって包囲し、ファン(15)を前記排出チャンネルの通路(14a) の上流域で前記固定ハウジング部分(18)に配置し、前記排出チャンネル(1 1)と前記ハウジング部分(19)との間に中間の空間(26)を形成し、この 中間の空間(26)を前記触媒コンバータ(12)の下流で前記排出チャンネル (11)の出口開口(13)に連通させて発生する有臭ガスの混合及び冷却を行 うようにした請求項10記載のディープフライ装置。 13.前記加熱素子(17)を前記排出チャンネル(11)の通路(14a)に配 置した請求項12記載のディープフライ装置。 14.前記排出装置(10)を前記リザーバ(3)とこのリザーバ(3)を閉鎖す る蓋(2)との間のヒンジ部(29)に組み込んだ請求項1乃至13のうちのい ずれか一項に記載のディープフライ装置。 15.前記ハウジング部分(19)に貫通する排出チャンネル(11b)と、この 排出チャンネル(11b)内の着脱自在又は耐水性のコンバータ(12)と、コ ンバータユニットをディープフライ装置に着脱自在に接続する接続手段(4,3 1)を設けた請求項1乃至14のうちのいずれか一項に記載のディープフライ装 置に使用するコンバータユニット(27)。 16.コンバータユニット(27)をディープフライ装置に着脱自在に接続する接 続手段(4)を、ディープフライ装置のリザーバ(3)の上側リム(5)にシー ル掛合するシールリム(4)により構成した請求項15記載のコンバータユニッ ト(27)。
