Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 成形ポリオレフィン発泡品の二重硬化製造方法であって、 A. ペンダント型の架橋官能性を有する少なくとも1種のオレフィン ポリマーを少なくとも1種の発泡剤および任意に少なくとも1種の硬化剤と一緒 にしてコンパンドにしそしてそれと同時にか或はその後に成形を行って実質的に 未架橋の成形発泡品前駆体を生じさせ、 B. 段階Aの前駆体に対する第一段階の硬化を該ペンダント型架橋官 能性の大部分が未反応のままであるような様式で実施し、 C. 段階Bの第一段階硬化と同時またはその後に段階Aの前駆体を発 泡させることで、ある程度硬化した成形発泡品を生じさせ、そして D. 段階Cのある程度硬化した成形発泡品が有するペンダント型架橋 官能性の第二段階の水分活性化硬化を実施する、 段階を含む方法。 2. 成形ポリオレフィン発泡品の二重硬化製造方法であって、 A. (i)少なくとも1種のオレフィンポリマー、(ii)該オレフ ィンポリマーにグラフト化してペンダント型の水分活性化架橋官能性を有するオ レフィンポリマーをもたらし得る少なくとも1種の水分活性化架橋官能性、(i ii)少なくとも1種のフリーラジカル開始剤、(iv)少なくとも1種の発泡 剤、および任意に(v)少なくとも1種の硬化剤を非グラフト化条件下でコンパ ンドにすることで、実質的に均一な未架橋の発泡品前駆体を生じさせ、 B. 該フリーラジカル開始剤が活性化を受けてペンダント型の水分活 性化架橋官能性を有する実質的に未架橋の成形オレフィンポリ マーが生じるようなグラフト化条件下で段階Aの前駆体を成形し、 C. 段階Bと同時またはその後に、ペンダント型の水分活性化架橋官 能性を有するオレフィンポリマーの第一段階の硬化を、そのペンダント型架橋官 能性の大部分が未反応のままであるような様式で実施し、 D. 段階Cの第一段階硬化と同時またはその後に、段階Aの前駆体を 発泡させることで、ある程度硬化した発泡品を生じさせ、そして E. 段階Dのある程度硬化した発泡品が有するペンダント型架橋官能 性の第二段階の水分活性化硬化を実施する、 段階を含む方法。 3. 該コポリマーにシラン架橋官能性をグラフト化させる請求の範囲第1ま たは2項の方法。 4. 該シラン架橋官能性がビニルトリメトキシシランおよびビニルトリエト キシシランの少なくとも1つである請求の範囲第3項の方法。 5. 該オレフィンポリマーがエチレンと炭素原子数が3から20のa−オレ フィンから作られたコポリマーである請求の範囲第4項の方法。 6. 該コポリマーが均一に分枝している実質的に線状であるエチレンコポリ マーである請求の範囲第5項の方法。 7. 該オレフィンポリマーがエチレンと酢酸ビニルのポリマーである請求の 範囲第4項の方法。 8. 該任意の硬化剤を存在させそしてそれがパーオキサイドである請求の範 囲第6項の方法。 9. 該パーオキサイド硬化剤が120℃で少なくとも1時間の半減 期を有する請求の範囲第8項の方法。 10. 該任意の硬化剤を存在させないで段階Aの前駆体を照射で硬化させる 請求の範囲第6項の方法。 11. 該照射が電子ビーム、ベータ線、ガンマ線、x線および中性子線の少 なくとも1つである請求の範囲第10項の方法。 12. 段階Aの前駆体に第二段階硬化用の促進剤を含める請求の範囲第6項 の方法。 13. 該促進剤がジブチル錫ジラウレートである請求の範囲第12項の方法 。 14. 請求の範囲第1または2項の方法で作られた発泡品。 15. 10から150kg/m3の発泡品密度を有する請求の範囲第13項 の発泡品。 16. 請求の範囲第1または2項の方法で作られたシューミドソール。 17. 請求の範囲第1または2項の方法で作られたクッション付きビニルフ ロアリング。 18. 該オレフィンポリマーがエチレン/プロピレン/ジエンターポリマー ゴムである請求の範囲第4項の方法。 19. 該任意の硬化剤を存在させそしてそれが硫黄である請求の範囲第18 項の方法。 20. 該フリーラジカル開始剤がパーオキサイドである請求の範囲第3項の 方法。 21. 該コポリマーが均一に分枝している線状エチレンコポリマーである請 求の範囲第5項の方法。 22. 請求の範囲第6項の方法で作られた発泡品。 23. 請求の範囲第7項の方法で作られた発泡品。 24. 請求の範囲第21項の方法で作られた発泡品。 25. 請求の範囲第6項の方法で作られたシューミドソール。 26. 請求の範囲第7項の方法で作られたシューミドソール。 27. 請求の範囲第21項の方法で作られたシューミドソール。 28. 請求の範囲第18項の方法で作られた発泡品。 29. 請求の範囲第18項の方法で作られたシューミドソール。
