Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.図4(a)に示すアミノ酸配列を含むポリペプチドをコードするヌクレオ チド配列を有する核酸単離物。 2.前記コードする配列が図4(a)に示すコード化配列であることを特徴と する請求項1に記載の核酸単離物。 3.前記コードする配列が、図4(a)に示すコード化配列の突然変異体、対 立遺伝子又は変異体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の核酸単離物。 4.図4(a)に示すアンチルリヌム・マジュス(Antirrhinum majus )種の CENアミノ酸もしくはヌクレオチド配列の配列突然変異体、対立遺伝子、変異体 もしくは誘導体又は1もしくは複数の残基の挿入、欠失、付加もしくは置換によ る他の種からの相同体を含む産物をコードするヌクレオチド配列又は前記相同体 を有する核酸単離物であって、トランスジェニック植物中での前記産物の発現が 前記植物の開花特徴に影響を与えることを特徴とする核酸単離物。 5.前記開花特徴が分裂組織の花形成へのスイッチングを含むことを特徴とす る請求項4に記載の核酸単離物。 6.前記産物が、頂端分裂組織が花形成にスイッチングすることを阻害する能 力を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の核酸単離物。 7.前記産物が、頂端分裂組織が花形成にスイッチングすることを促進する能 力を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の核酸単離物。 8.前記開花特徴が開花の時期を含むことを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載 の核酸単離物。 9.前記産物が植物の開花を早める能力を有することを特徴とす る請求項8に記載の核酸単離物。 10.前記産物が植物の開花を遅らせる能力を有することを特徴とする請求項8 に記載の核酸単離物。 11.前記相同体がアラビドプシス(Arabidopsis )相同体であることを特徴と する請求項5に記載の核酸構成物。 12.前記相同体が図6(a)に示すアミノ酸配列をコードすることを特徴とす る請求項11に記載の核酸単離物。 13.図6(a)に示すコード化配列を有する請求項12に記載の核酸単離物。 14.前記コード化配列が、図6(a)のコード化配列の突然変異体、対立遺伝 子、変異体又は誘導体であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の核酸単離物。 15.1又は複数の残基の挿入、欠失、付加又は置換による、請求項13に記載の 核酸によりコードされる産物の配列突然変異体、対立遺伝子、変異体又は誘導体 を含む産物をコードするヌクレオチド配列を含む核酸単離物であって、前記突然 変異体、対立遺伝子、変異体又は誘導体が図6(a)のアミノ酸配列又は核酸配 列と少くとも約70%の相同性を有し、そして植物の開花特徴に影響を与える能力 を有することを特徴とする核酸単離物。 16.前記コード化配列の発現のための調節配列を更に含む請求項1〜15のいず れかに記載の核酸単離物。 17.前記調節配列が誘導可能プロモーターを含むことを特徴とする請求項16に 記載の核酸単離物。 18.請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載のコード化配列又は発現のアンチセンス制 御に用いるのに適した前記コード化配列のフラグメントに相補的なヌクレオチド 配列を有する核酸単離物。 19.前記コード化配列又はそのフラグメントに相補的な前記ヌク レオチド配列が、アンチセンス転写のための調節配列の制御下にあることを特徴 とする請求項18に記載の核酸単離物。 20.前記調節配列が誘導可能プロモーターを含むことを特徴とする請求項19に 記載の核酸単離物。 21.植物細胞の形質転換に適し、先の請求項のいずれかに記載の核酸を含む核 酸ベクター。 22.先の請求項のいずれかに記載の異種核酸を含む宿主細胞。 23.微生物である請求項22に記載の宿主細胞。 24.植物細胞である請求項23に記載の宿主細胞。 25.前記異種核酸をゲノム内に有する請求項24に記載の植物細胞。 26.半数体ゲノム当り1超の前記ヌクレオチド配列を有する請求項25に記載の 植物細胞。 27.請求項24〜26のいずれかに記載の植物細胞を含む植物。 28.真に人工受粉で作り出さ(breed)ない請求項27に記載の植物。 29.請求項27又は28に記載の植物の自殖もしくはハイブリッド子孫もしくは派 生物、又は種子のような前記植物、子孫もしくは派生物のいずれか一部もしくは 零余子。 30.植物の開花特徴に影響を与える方法であって、前記植物の細胞内で、請求 項1〜17のいずれかに記載の異種核酸によりコードされる産物の発現を引きおこ し又は許容することを含む方法。 31.植物の開花特徴に影響を与える方法であって、前記植物の細胞内で、請求 項1〜17のいずれかに記載の異種核酸からの転写を引きおこし又は許容すること を含む方法。 32.植物の開花特徴に影響を与える方法であって、前記植物の細胞内で、請求 項18〜20のいずれかに記載の核酸からのアンチセンス 転写を引きおこし又は許容することを含む方法。 33.トランスジェニック植物の生産における請求項1〜17のいずれかに記載の 核酸の使用。 34.トランスジェニック植物の生産における請求項18〜20のいずれかに記載の 核酸の使用。 35.植物内で頂端分裂組織特異的発現を促進するプロモーター能力を供するヌ クレオチド1〜4417として図4(b)に示すヌクレオチド配列又はその突然変異 体、対立遺伝子、変異体、誘導体、相同体もしくはフラグメントを含むプロモー ターを含む核酸単離物。
