Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.工業用生地、特にエアバッグ生地のための高強度、高収縮率のナイロン66 フィラメント糸を、少なくとも40以上の相対粘度範囲のRVを有するナイロン 66LOYフィラメント糸(1)を少なくとも3つの加熱可能な延伸ロールユニ ット(2、3、4)及び/又は(2、3、4、7)によって多段階延伸し、及び 延伸した糸(5)を筒状糸支持体(6)上に直接巻き取ることによって製造する にあたり、4〜10%の緩和比で、巻き取り前の最後の前記延伸ロールユニット (4)の温度を70℃と160℃の間に設定し、及び前記巻き取り張力を0.2 cN/tex以下に設定することを特徴とする高強度、高収縮率のナイロン66 フィラメント糸の製造方法。 2.前記延伸工程が、紡糸−延伸法に一体に組み込まれている一部であることを 特徴とする請求項1記載の高強度、高収縮率のナイロン66フィラメント糸の製 造方法。 3.前記巻き取りが、少なくとも6kgの糸を支えるチーズ上で行われることを 特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の高強度、高収縮率のナイロン66フィラメント 糸の製造方法。 4.工業用生地のためのナイロン66フィラメント糸であって、前記ナイロン6 6フィラメント糸が、少なくとも60cN/texの強靭性、10〜25%の伸 び率及び7〜11%(160℃)の熱空気収縮率を有しており、パッケージ中心 (チーズ)上に少なくとも6kgの量で巻き取られることを特徴とするナイロン 66フィラメント糸。
