Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.互いに接着により組み立てられた2つの基本ディスク(D1,D2)からな り、それぞれの基本ディスクがらせん状のトラック又は同心状のトラックに表面 マイクロ変化(6,8)が分布している情報表面(4b,7b)を有する少なく とも1つの透明な基板(4,7)を含み、レーザビーム(5a,5b)を使用し て光学的に読み取る様にされた光ディスクであり、第1の基本ディスク(D1) の情報表面(4b)が半反射層(6a)でコーティングされており、該層(6a )に組み立てられる透明な接着層(3)が隣接しており、更に第2の基本ディス ク(D2)の情報表面(7b)が反射金属層(9)でコーティングされており組 み立てられる接着層と向かい合って置かれていることを特徴とする光ディスク。 2.基本ディスク(D1,D2)の情報表面(4b,7b)が2つの相互に異な る標準(CD,DVD)に基づき製造されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の 光ディスク。 3.半反射層(6a)が、レーザの波長が第1の閾値以上の場合第1の所定の値 以上の透過率と、レーザの波長が第2の閾値以下の場合第2の所定の値以上の反 射率を有し、第1の閾値が少なくとも100nmだけ第2の閾値より大きいこと を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光ディスク。 4.透過率に対する第1の所定の値が95%に等しく、 反射率に対する第2の所定の値が25%に等しいことを特徴とする請求項3に記 載の光ディスク。 5.第1の基本ディスク(D1)の情報表面(4b)がDVDの標準に基づき製 造され、第2の基本ディスク(D2)の情報表面(7b)がCDの標準に基づき 製造され、更に該基本ディスクのそれぞれの厚さが約0.6mmであることを特 徴とする前述の請求項のいずれか1つに記載の光ディスク。 6.第2の基本ディスク(D2)が第2の情報表面(7a)を含み、該表面(7 a)が組み立てられた接着層(3)に隣接しており、半透明層(12)でコーテ ィングされていることを特徴とする前述の請求項のいずれか1つに記載の光ディ スク。 7.半透明層(12)が、レーザの波長が第2の閾値以下の場合45%以上の反 射率と、レーザの波長が第1の閾値以上の場合95%以上の透過率を有すること を特徴とする請求項6に記載の光ディスク。 8.第1の基本ディスク(D1)の半反射層(6a)及び/又は第2の基本ディ スク(D2)の半透明層(12)がポリジアセチレン又はコレステリックポリマ ーの薄い層の堆積を使用して製造されていることを特徴とする前述の請求項のい ずれか1つに記載の光ディスク。 9.第1の基本ディスク(D1)が透明の基板を押し付けることにより製造され 第1の標準(DVD)に基づく情報の表面の形を作り、該情報の表面が半反射層 でコー ティングされており;第2の基本ディスク(D2)が透明の基板を押し付けるこ とにより製造され第2の標準(CD)に基づく情報の表面の形を作り、該情報の 表面が反射金属層でコーティングされその後保護層で保護されており;更に2つ の基本ディスクが2つのディスクを互いに接着することにより組み立てられ、第 1の基本ディスクの情報表面が透明な接着層に隣接しており、第2のディスクの 情報の表面が該接着層に向かい合っていることを特徴とする前述の請求項に基づ く光ディスクを製造する方法。 10.第2の基本ディスク(D2)を製造するため、第2の情報の表面が第1の 標準(DVD)に基づき透明な基板の上に押し付けられ、前記第2の情報の表面 が半透明な層でコーティングされ第1の基本ディスクD1と組み立てられること を特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
