- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. フィルムを構成する重合体、色素及び場合により他の添加剤から成る1 又は2以上の混合体の溶融物を1又は2以上の幅広スリットノズルにより押出成 形する工程と、 押出成形した溶融物をフィルム状に凝固させて初期フィルムを形成し、その後 の伸長に必要な結晶化度及びその後の伸長に適切な温度に達するように初期フィ ルムの温度及び厚さを制御する工程と、 順次又は同時に長手方向及び横方向の二軸方向に初期フィルムを伸長する工程 と、 初期フィルムの冷却により形成された単層又は多層の二軸方向性のフィルムを 得る工程と、 を含む色素を含有する印刷可能な単層又は多層の二軸方向性の重合体フィルムの 製造方法において、 初期フィルムの温度が必要な伸長温度以下に決して低下しないように凝固温度 と必要な伸長温度との間に初期フィルムの温度を制御し、凝固工程と伸長工程と の間の時間間隔を選定して沈着した充填物及び色素粒子の間でのフィルムを構成 する重合体の結晶化を伸長前に実質的に終了させる工程を含むことを特徴とする 方法。 2. 加熱ローラを備えた少なくとも1つのローラ装置のローラスリットを通 しかつ続いて場合により調温ローラを介してフィルムを案内して凝固工程と伸長 工程との間の初期フィルムの温度を制御し、厚さ60〜250μmのフィルムを 製造する請求項1に記載の方法。 3. フィルムを冷却ローラに接触させてその後の必要な伸長温度よりも50 〜80℃高い温度まで凝固工程と伸長工程との間のフィルムの温度を低下させ、 厚さ250μm以下のフィルムを製造する請求項1に記載の方法。 4. フィルムを構成する重合体は、微粒子状の炭酸カルシウム、ドロマイト 、SiO2(二酸化ケイ素)、二酸化チタン、カオリナイト、滑石、硫酸バリウ ム、リトポン又はこれらの混合体から成るグループから選択される充填剤及び色 素を 全フィルム構成要素に対し10〜40体積%含有するポリプロピレン重合体であ る請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 5. 重合体は、色素として炭酸カルシウム及び二酸化チタンと、フィルム又 はフィルム層の全体積に対し4〜8体積%のポリプロピレンワックスの形態の少 なくとも1つの他の添加剤を含有し、毎分10〜70mの初期フィルム速度で、 1〜100秒以内に130〜135℃又は110〜115℃の伸長温度に達する 冷却速度で初期フィルムを冷却する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 6. その後の印刷に供されるフィルムは、他の添加物として、無水マレイン 酸を充填したポリプロピレンワックス(MSA−PP−ワックス)を含むフィル ム層の全体積に対し、MSA−PP−ワックスを0.3〜0.8体積%含有する請 求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 7. 製造されるフィルムは、全フィルム構成要素に対し、20〜35体積% の色素、5〜10体積%のアイソタクチックポリプロピレンワックス及び0.2 〜1.0体積%の無水マレイン酸を充填したポリプロピレンワックスを含有する 結晶化可能なポリプロピレン単独重合体から成る厚さ60〜250μmの単層フ ィルムである請求項4〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 8. 製造されるフィルムは、コア層を構成する全フィルム構成要素に対し1 2.5〜30体積%の色素と5〜10体積%のアイソタクチックポリプロピレン ワックスを含む結晶化可能なポリプロピレン単独重合体から成るコア層と、各被 覆層を構成する全フィルム構成要素に対し25〜35体積%の色素、4〜10体 積%のアイソタクチックポリプロピレンワックス及び0.2〜1.0体積%の無水 マレイン酸を充填したポリプロピレンワックスを含む結晶化可能なポリプロピレ ン単独重合体から成る1つ又は2つの並列押出成形される外側の印刷可能な被覆 層とを備えた厚さ60〜250μmの二層又は三層のフィルムであり、コア層の 厚さは全フィルム厚の60〜98%である請求項4〜6のいずれか1項に記載の 方法。 9. 色素及び充填物は炭酸カルシウム又はリトポン及び/又は二酸化チタン であり、アイソタクチックポリプロピレンワックスは12000〜50000g /molの標準分子量の平均重量を有しかつ5〜7.5体積%である請求項5、7又 は8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
