Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 亜鉛めっき用材料の被膜及び所定開先角度の少なくとも1つのコーナー部 を含む構造用プロフィルを有する鋼の連続長尺物の製造方法であって: 前記コーナー部が前記所定開先角度よりかなり大きい開先角度まで不完全なが ら曲げられるように、鋼帯をプリフォームプロフィルにロール成形するステップ と、 前記プリフォームプロフィルをインライン式亜鉛めっき工程に通すことにより 前記亜鉛めっき用材料の被膜を被覆するステップと、 前記インライン式亜鉛めっき工程から出てくる前記プリフォームプロフィルを 急冷するステップと、 前記プリフォームプロフィルを所望の構造用プロフィルにロール成形するステ ップと を備えたことを特徴とする鋼の連続長尺物の製造方法。 2. 前記鋼帯が熱間圧延鋼帯から成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法 。 3. 前記熱間圧延鋼帯が、亜鉛めっきに先立ってショットブラストされて表面 を清浄されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 4. 前記プリフォームプロフィルの前記コーナー部を形成するステップと、こ のコーナー部を前記所定開先角度に合致するようにさらにロール成形するステッ プとが、共に前記コーナー部を弧長一定で曲げることを特徴とする請求項1乃至 3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 5. 前記プリフォームプロフィルは、前記プリフォームプロフィルを前記所望 の構造用プロフィルにさらにロール成形する前記ステップで前記コーナー部の外 側の亜鉛めっき用材料の被膜にクラックが発生しないように前記プリフォームプ ロフィルの前記コーナー部の前記開先角度と前記最終プロフィルの対応する所定 開先角度との差が充分に小さいように形状化されることを特徴とする請求項1乃 至4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 6. 前記プリフォームプロフィルが、インライン式亜鉛めっき工程を通過した のちに該プリフォームプロフィルから余剰の亜鉛めっき用材料を除去しやすいよ うに形状化されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の方法 。 7. 前記プリフォームプロフィルが、いかなる平坦な水平な表面も含まないよ うに形状化されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
