Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.自動車における平行移動調節可能な構成部分(1,3)を調節するための 、ウィンドレギュレータ、スライディングルーフ又はこれと類似の装置であって 、平行移動調節可能な構成部分(1,3)が、連行装置の結合部(6,61)を 受容するための孔(10)を有していて、固定又は支持部材(13,14,15 ,16,17;41,42)が、平行移動調節可能な構成部分(1,3)を連行 装置で支持する形式のものにおいて、 連行装置が、平行移動調節可能な構成部分(1,3)を調節するための駆動装 置(2)を有しており、該駆動装置(2)が、軸(6)を介して、平行移動調節 可能な構成部分(1,3)に結合されていて、軸中心点(60)を中心にして旋 回可能で、平行移動調節可能な構成部分(1,3)に対して弾性的に支持されて いることを特徴とする、自動車における平行移動調節可能な構部分を調節するた めの装置。 2.平行移動調節可能な構成部分(3)が、駆動装置(2)の固定部材(13 ,14,15,16,17)並びに軸(6)を受容するための多数の切欠若しく は間隙(30,31,32,33,34)を有している、請求項1記載の装置。 3.駆動装置(2)の伝動装置ケーシング(20) が、軸方向に延びる環状つば(61)と、該環状つば(61)の軸中心点(60 )及び伝動装置ケーシング(20)の外側に配置された、半径方向で互いに間隔 を保って配置された多数の固定及び緩衝部材(13,14,15;16,17, 18,19)とを有している、請求項2記載の装置。 4.固定部材(13,14,15)及び、平行移動調節可能な構成部分(3) に設けられた装置が、固定部材(13,14,15)を受容するために互いに幾 何学的に合致して構成されている、請求項3記載の装置。 5.固定部材(13,14,15)が、キャップ状又は球状のヘッドを有する 複数のピンより成っており、これらのピンが、平行移動調節可能な構成部分(3 )の、ピンヘッドの直径に合致する孔(33)内に差込可能であって、駆動装置 (2)を回転させることによって、ピンのシャフトの直径に合致した半径方向に 延びる切欠(34)内に差し込み可能であって、駆動装置(2)が、作動位置で 、緩衝部材(16,17,18,19)によって、回動しないように確保されて いる、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の装置。 6.前記緩衝部材がプレロードをかけられている、請求項1から5までのいず れか1項記載の装置。 7.平行移動調節可能な構成部分(1)が、少なく とも1つのばね弾性的に構成された支持箇所(41,51;42,52)を介し て駆動装置(2)に結合されている、請求項1記載の装置。 8.平行移動調節可能な構成部分(1)の孔(10)を通して、駆動装置(2 )に結合された又は結合可能な固定ピン(61)が差し込まれており、前記孔( 10)の両側に、緩衝部材(51,52)を配置するための支持箇所(101, 102)が設けられている、請求項7記載の装置。 9.窓ガラス(1)の下縁部(100)に支持箇所(101,102)が設け られていて、駆動装置(2)に結合された固定舌片(41,42)内に形状接続 式に配置されており、前記固定舌片(41,42)内に、緩衝部材(51,52 )としての弾性的な成形部材が挿入可能又は射出成形可能である、請求項8記載 の装置。 10.駆動装置(2)の伝動装置(22)が2段階式に(23,24,25) 構成されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の装置。 11.駆動装置(2)の被駆動部が、形状接続部材を備えた中空軸として、駆 動装置(2)が両端面側で、平行移動調節可能な構成部分(1,3)を駆動する ためのケーブルドラム又はピニオンに接続可能である、請求項1から10までの いずれか1項記載の装置。
