Description
本发明有关一种调节机动车辆中诸如窗玻璃起落机构、活动车顶等平移可调部件的装置。
从文献EP 0 208 237 B1中已知有这样一种装置。该装置由机动车辆的窗玻璃和玻璃拨动器组成,该玻璃拨动器将窗玻璃同一导向装置相连并经一绳索或导向轮连接到一位置固定的、用于调节窗玻璃平移位移的驱动装置。玻璃拨动器和窗玻璃间的连接则是通过配置在窗玻璃上的一通孔和插在该通孔中且与该玻璃拨动器相连的一销钉来实现的。在玻璃拨动器上提供有支承窗扇和辅助窗扇用于引导窗玻璃,它们从玻璃拨动器起延伸至窗玻璃表面。窗玻璃下沿靠在拔动器的弹性可变形部件上,以消除两者间的间隙以及发生在拨动器和窗玻璃之间的撞击声。
用于调节机动车中平移可调部件的装置通常是被用螺钉拧在、铆接在、或是与导轨一起部分地焊接在机动车的底板、内门板或车体件上。因此将驱动装置连接在有关基体部件上则要求有一定数量的、由静特性条件所确定的连接件,它们须在多个工序上被连接上,且在需要修理时能重新被拆下。除了要求有附加的各零件外,这种将驱动装置连接至基体部件的工作还要求附加的工艺方法步骤,这些步骤也必然消耗装配时间,从而造成附加的费用。
为减小对诸如驱动马达或绳索式窗玻璃起落机构的绳索等驱动装置部件的负载,要求采用系统阻尼,它们在开关过程中和在到达止动块时起作用,且吸收负载峰值或衰减动态负载峰值。这种系统阻尼迄今为止基本上发生在驱动装置变速箱的内室中,例如采取驱动装置变速箱蜗轮中形封闭阻尼室的形式。在拨动器和蜗轮之间配置有径向阻尼橡胶,它们通过取决于转矩的滚动功来产生一定的能量转换并因此吸收动负载峰值。
配置在变速箱体内部的阻尼元件要求变速箱有一附加的结构空间且因此减少了蜗轮和拨动器在固定轴上的有效导向长度,并导致变速箱壳体外部尺寸以及驱动装置尺寸的增大。此外,在承载时会产生很坏的齿轮啮合比以及橡胶阻尼器的不希望的轴向伸长,这样会有提前磨损和功能失效的危险。进而会使驱动装置的效率变坏。
本发明的目的是提供一种用于机动车平移可调部件的驱动装置,它可进行耗时甚少的安装和拆卸且能提供对驱动系统有效的阻尼而不会对变速器部件产生负作用。
这一目的是通过权利要求1所述的特征来实现的。
如本发明所述的解决方案极大地缩短了驱动装置的装配和拆卸过程且仅需要很少量的零件用于固定驱动装置和将其与平移可调部件相连接。将驱动系统阻尼移至变速箱构造室之外能提供便宜的阻尼以及更为扁平的驱动装置构造,可允许对蜗轮作更为坚固的加筋以及改善轴上的导向长度,进一步还可实行驱动装置同基座部件的声音解耦以接收平移可调构件,或者采取对相应阻尼元件作便于装配的安排而使驱动装置与平移可调部件脱开。
如本发明所述的解决方案既可被用于平移可调部件的静止构件或者一接收平移部件的构件的静止构件,也可被用于平移可调部件的运动部件。在这两种应用场合中,其优点均为:简化了装配和拆卸过程并降低了其成本,在优化对驱动系统阻尼的同时仍保持了最小的结构空间和驱动系统的最大稳定性,同时还降低了从驱动系统传递至车身部件和/或平移可调部件的噪音。
基座部件可以由平移可调部件的一静止的或运动的构件组成,或由用于接收平移可调部件的装置所组成,在一静止部件的场合,该部件具有多个用于接收轴以及驱动装置和阻尼元件的固定元件的凹槽或通道。在一运动部件的场合,该部件经驱动装置相对于部件的静止构件或用于接收部件的装置是可调整的,它并且具有接收轴的一凹槽,并经弹性支承点与驱动装置相连。
由EP 0 208 237 B1所已知的调节装置不同于本发明的对象,不具有驱动装置,而是从一绳索的形式同一力传递元件相连接,这样只有相应的平移力在起作用。由于不可能产生转矩负载,也就不会出现因驱动装置在某个方向上的旋转运动所产生的反作用力而使拨动器绕穿过窗玻璃通孔的轴摆动,而这种连接仅起到将拨动器连接到窗玻璃的作用。用于接收窗玻璃下沿的拨动器弹性支承在其中仅起着平衡窗玻璃和拨动器之间的相对运动的作用,以便以这种方式来补偿窗玻璃和拨动器间的容差。
如本发明所述的方案的一种富有优点的设计其特征是:驱动装置的变速箱体具有一轴向伸展的环形套和配置于环形套和变速箱体的轴心线之外的多个径向相互具有一定间隔的固定元件和阻尼元件。
除了可进一步减轻装配操作外,还提供适合每一具体要求的系统的连接和阻尼,这样使驱动装置能价格便宜地与支承部件脱开连接。
为进一步强固系统,紧固元件以及位于静止构件之上用于接收紧固元件的装置在几何尺寸方面相互匹配。
紧固元件可由帽头螺栓和球头螺栓组成,它们可被插进静止构件上的与螺栓头直径相适配的孔中并通过转动驱动装置能被插入与螺栓杆直径相匹配的、沿径向对齐的凹槽中,其中驱动装置在工作位置时借助于阻尼元件能确保不被转动。
在将驱动装置直接与平移可调部件的运动构件直接相连时,该运动构件优选地具有一用于接收与驱动装置相连的或可连接的紧固螺栓的孔,以及至少一个、优选地为2个的用于接收阻尼元件的配置于上述孔两侧的支承点。
如本发明所述的解决方案的这一设计带来的优点是:将运动构件和驱动装置结合在一起,它们可以共同受保护的方式被加以配置。在玻璃起落机构被组合在机动车门中的场合,当门呼地关上或有侧向力分量作用时,则可阻止驱动马达绕其横轴转动,在此同时阻尼元件则保护窗玻璃和马达免遭损坏。在配置有两预张紧阻尼元件时,则要对用于接收与驱动装置相连接的或可与之相连的紧固螺栓孔的公差作额外的平衡。
如本发明所述的解决方案的进一步发展的特征在于:驱动装置的变速箱由两级组成。通过这种两级设计可得到一种极其扁平和狭长(最小的高度)的驱动装置,它特别适合于配置于狭长的结构室中。
另一富有优越性的设计其特征为:驱动装置的输出端是设计成带形封闭元件的空心轴,驱动装置可以用驱动平移可调部件的小齿轮或卷绳筒连接至两端面,并因此可适合装配至任何应用场合。当被用于窗玻璃起落机构时,则不再需要分别提供左、右设计方案。
以下根据附图所示的实施例来详细叙述本发明所依据的思想。附图中:

图1示意图示出一带窗玻璃1的绳索式窗玻璃起落机构,在窗玻璃上固结有一驱动装置2,该驱动装置为被优选地导引在一窗玻璃导向装置中的拨动器的一部分并与一绳索7相连,该绳索用于调节由窗玻璃1和驱动装置2所组成的单元的平移。绳索7被固连于上、下两绳索挂钩上,其中在下绳索挂钩范围内提供有一绳索长度补偿器70。窗玻璃1和驱动装置2之间的连接是经一窗玻璃连接器来实现的,该连接器由轴6和用于接收轴6(紧固螺栓)的、提供在窗玻璃1上的凹槽10所组成。驱动装置2可沿图中箭头C的方向绕该窗玻璃连接器6、10来回摆动。
在窗玻璃连接器6、10的两侧均有固定托板41、42,用于在外力作用于绳索式窗玻璃起落机构上时对整个配置作侧向平衡和阻尼,在托板中插入有橡胶成型件51、52,在固定驱动装置2时窗玻璃1的下沿100则被插入上述橡胶成型件中。
驱动装置2与绳索7的连接是经一卷绳筒28以一种熟知的方式进行的。作为图1所示的绳索式窗玻璃起落机构装置的一种替补方案,也可将驱动装置2连接于窗玻璃1上的原理用在十字臂式窗玻璃起落机构或带形封闭力传递元件的窗玻璃起落机构中,上述形封闭力传递元件则被固结于车门体上。
图2~4表示出了图1中示意图的详细结构。
驱动装置2包括一驱动马达21和一变速箱22,该变速箱有与马达轴相连结的驱动蜗杆23以及用于两级变速机构的两分级传动齿轮24、25,该两级变速机构由一与驱动蜗杆23啮合的蜗轮和小齿轮24以及一齿轮25组成。一输出元件(小齿轮)借助于一形封闭元件29被固定在齿轮25的轴上,该齿轮25则通过力封闭或形封闭方式与绳索7或一齿条相连,这样在马达顺、逆时针旋转时驱动单元2与窗玻璃1一起上下运动。由于输出元件可以被固定在变速箱的一侧或另一侧,因此前述的装置既可被用在左侧配置、又可被用在右侧配置中。
窗玻璃1同驱动装置2的连接是经位于变速箱壳体上的紧固环26来实现的,通过它将驱动装置形封闭连接到窗玻璃1的一孔10中。该连接通过轴6来进行,轴6优选地由塑料销构成,这样驱动装置2仅能绕窗玻璃连接器6、10作微小转动。
在窗玻璃连接器6、10的两侧均有阻尼装置,它们由紧固托板41、42和装于其上的橡胶成型元件51、52所组成。窗玻璃下沿100则被安放在这些紧固托板41、42之中,这样窗玻璃下沿100的支承点101、102便座落于橡胶成型元件51、52之上且因此根据橡胶成型元件51、52的几何形状和肖氏硬度限止了驱动单元2绕窗玻璃连接件6、10的受阻尼转动。驱动装置2绕窗玻璃连接件6、10的这样一种运动是这样产生的:在变速箱机构的驱动马达21顺、逆时针转动时经绳索的力在绕玻璃连接器6、10方向上产生一转矩,其中的转角则取决于橡胶成型元件51、52的几何形状和肖氏硬度。
窗玻璃在此过程中始终贴靠在橡胶成型元件51、52的侧面上,这样当发生门撞击或在有侧向分力时,驱动马达21不能绕其横向轴旋转。同时在发生门撞击时橡胶成型件51、52也能保护窗玻璃1和驱动马达21免受损坏。
另外,通过构造一两级变速机构则提供了制造一极其扁平和狭长的马达和变速箱部件的前提条件,这样一部件能被在系统的重心上经由位于变速箱体上的紧固环26形锁合地固定到窗玻璃孔10之中。
在图5~8中,分别以俯视图、侧视图、纵剖面图和局部视图示出一驱动装置,它能与一静止构件、尤其是与一基板或一内门板或一用于窗玻璃起落机构-驱动装置的门组件相连接。为此,变速箱体20具有一环状套61,它如图7所示能被插入到一基板或门组件3的配合通孔30中。在变速箱壳体20的轴60上可选择性地固定一卷绳筒或小齿轮用于操作平移可调部件,与之同时可如图5和6所示那样进行经驱动马达21和变速箱22的驱动操作。
帽头螺栓(Hutbolzen)或球头螺栓13~15可被进一步配置于变速箱体20的轴心线60的外部,上述螺栓可如图8所示被插入用于接收驱动装置的基板、内门板或门组件3的孔33中。孔33的直径对应于帽头螺栓或球头螺栓13~15的螺栓头直径,这样它们可被穿过基板、内门板或门组件3。由于采用环形套61导致变速箱体20的对中作用,使包括驱动马达21和变速箱22在内的驱动装置能精确固定其位置。在这种位置固定之后,将变速箱体20旋入工作位置,这样帽头螺栓或球头螺栓13~15的螺栓头最终靠在基板、内门板或门组件3的外表面上,同时螺栓则被插入相应的凹槽34(图8)。
变速箱体20进一步还具有阻尼元件16和17,它们与阻尼元件18、19相接合,阻尼元件18、19则可被插入基板、内门板或门组件3之中。在驱动装置被插入基板、内门板或门组件3的孔或凹槽30,33和34之中并被旋转入操作位置之后,驱动装置因阻尼元件16~19能被确保不被旋转超过前述的阻尼率程度。因此,驱动装置在受载荷情况下绕轴心线60最大能转动±5°,其中阻尼元件16~19的预应力及其肖氏硬度决定了所希望的转角并由此也决定阻尼率。采取这种方式能使驱动装置静静地进入停止状态,这样当使用一种扇形齿轮窗玻璃起落机构作为平移可调部件时便不会改变轴距。
帽头螺栓或球头螺栓13~15被优选地配置在内门板、基板或门组件的弯边中,其中用于消除声音的橡胶片11、12可被插入弯边的凹槽中,这样可减小传至有关静止部件上的驱动噪音。
也可以采用其它形状的这种紧固元件来替代帽头或球头螺栓,其中将紧固元件在静止构件中的插入而设计成相应的相配形状,这样对整个装置能得到附加的加固作用。
由于采用如本发明所述的配置形式,可以容易地将驱动装置从内部或者从外部推入、压紧或接触一基板、一内门板或一门组件。这样可花时甚少地进行安装或拆卸。驱动装置可有选择地配置在干燥或潮湿的空间中。
为改善在所需转角范围中的滑动性,可加入塑料零件。也可以采用橡胶片在相应的肖氏硬度条件下降低噪声。由橡胶11、12组成的橡胶片亦即中间层十分便宜地将驱动装置与内门板、基板或门组件相脱开。限制转角的橡胶件18、19可以装拆容易地被推入或插入位于内门板范围中的阻尼室中。
Claims (11)
1.用于调节机动车中如窗玻璃起落机构、活动车顶等平移可调部件(1,3)的装置,其中该平移可调部件(1,3)具有接收拨动装置的连接件(6,61)的一孔(10),而紧固元件或支承元件(13~17;41,42)将平移可调部件(1,3)支承于拨动装置上,
其特征为:
拨动装置具有用于调节平移可调部件(1,3)的驱动装置(2),该驱动装置(2)经一轴(6)与该平移可调部件(1,3)相连接并可绕轴心线(60)摆动且相对于该平移可调部件(1,3)被弹性地支承。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征为:平移可调部件(3)具有多个用于接收轴(6)和驱动装置(2)的紧固元件(13~17)的凹槽和通孔(30~34)。
3.如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征为:驱动装置(2)的变速箱体(20)具有一轴向伸展的环形套(61)以及配置于环形套(61)和变速箱体(20)的轴心线(60)之外的、径向上相互间隔开的多个紧固元件和阻尼元件(13~17;16~19)。
4.如权利要求3所述的装置,其特征为:紧固元件(13~15)以及位于平移可调部件(3)之上的、用于接收紧固元件(13~15)的装置在几何尺寸上相互匹配。
5.如上述权利要求的至少一项所述的装置,其特征为:紧固元件(13~15)由带帽状或球状头的螺栓组成,它们可插入通过平移可调部件(3)的适合于螺栓头直径的通孔(33)并通过旋转驱动装置(2)可插入到径向延伸的、与螺栓体直径相适配的凹槽(34)中,且驱动装置(2)在工作位置时借助于阻尼元件(16~19)可防止旋转。
6.如上述权利要求的至少一项所述的装置,其特征为:阻尼元件被加预紧力。
7.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征为:平移可调部件(1)经由至少一个弹性支承点(41,51;42,52)与驱动装置(2)相连接。
8.如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征为:一与驱动装置(2)相连接的或可与之连接的紧固螺栓(61)穿过平移可调部件(1)的孔(10)之中,在孔(10)的两侧配备有安装阻尼元件(51,52)的支承点(101,102)。
9.如权利要求8所述的装置,其特征为:在窗玻璃(1)的下沿(100)上提供有支承点(101,102)且被形封闭地配置在与驱动装置(2)相连接的紧固托板(41,42)中,在该托板中配置有可安放其中的或可喷注其中的弹性成型元件用作阻尼元件(51,52)。
10.如上述权利要求的至少一项所述的装置,其特征为:驱动装置(2)的变速箱(22)被构造成两级形式(23,24,25)。
11.如上述权利要求的至少一项所述的装置,其特征为:驱动装置(2)的输出装置被设计成带形锁合元件的中空轴,这样使驱动装置(2)能在两端面处与一小齿轮或与一卷绳筒相连用于驱动平移可调部件(1,3)。
